We only use Genuine manufacturer parts, many of which come with a 2 year warranty*, to maintain the integrity of your vehicle. -
Manufacturers Service History
Maintain the manufacturer service history with updated digital records* or an official service book stamp (whichever is applicable). -
Tailored to your vehicle
Each service follows the exact guidelines issued by the manufacturer and is tailored specifically to your vehicles age, make and mileage. -
*Excludes any work undertaken at any CARZ branches, Non-manufacturer parts only hold a 1-year warranty

Vehicle Condition Appraisal
Our technicians will perform a vehicle safety inspection on the overall condition of your vehicle. -
Oil & Filter Change
We’ll change the oil in your vehicle and install a new oil filter at the same time to avoid any contamination. -
Fluid Levels
We’ll check your vehicles antifreeze, coolant and clutch fluid. -
Screenwash
We’ll top up your vehicles screenwash. -
Service History
We’ll update your digital records (main manufacturers only) or stamp your official service book.

How long does a service take?
If you’ve booked a waiting appointment with us, your car will be with us for approx.. 4 hours.
If you don’t want to wait with your vehicle while we check it over and you want to leave it with us throughout the day, there are several options. We have courtesy cars available, we can arrange to pick your car up from you and drop it off when we’ve finish or some of our dealerships even have a courtesy bus pick up and drop off service.*
