COVID-19 Aftersales Update
In aftersales, servicing is all about your safety and that’s why we continue to carry out visual safety checks on all vehicles. However, we are now taking extra measures in our Aftersales Departments to ensure we adhere to social distancing.
If you wish to visit our showroom then you can choose from our while you wait service and wait in the showroom for your service to be completed. These appointments will be staggered to allow for better social distancing and our showroom will be regularly cleaned and sanitised. If you are not able to wait you can select to have a courtesy car, all of our courtesy vehicles will be cleaned and sanitised before and after every use and will contain a cleaning log to document our cleaning process. Our technicians will be wearing full PPE whilst working on your vehicle and we will also ensure our Valet team wipe down all common contact areas within your vehicle as part of your service wash. You will also notice your service advisor desk will have a screen – this is for your protection and ours
New Aftersales Services
In terms of new services that we will be offering for better social distancing we can offer you drop and go where our concierge will meet you in the car park to collect your vehicle always remaining 2 metres away and exchanging keys by collecting them from your seat.
We will also be offering collection and delivery where we will collect your vehicle from your home or work and return it to you once work has been completed. We have increased the capacity for this and have stringent health and safety measures in place for that delivery team.
Finally we can offer mobile servicing whereby we have kitted out vans with the latest equipment to allow us to come to those who cant make it to us. This wont be a huge service in terms of numbers but it will be there for the most vulnerable on a first come first serve basis.
We will also be making some small changes to our payment method and facilities available on site asking that you pay by contactless or card wherever possible.
