We are looking for a Sales Controller for our Carstore in Hillington, you will support the sales manager in developing a professional, motivated and efficient sales team who will deliver outstanding customer service through a structured sales process.  Our customers want a personal, enjoyable experience where our colleagues will deliver the extra mile at all times.

Responsibilities:

Coach and develop sales executives in understanding customer needs and the customer buying process.
Promote and implement quality standards in the team including (but not exclusive) dress, attitude, customer care, honesty and health and safety in order to portray a professional image of the department at all times.
Assist and advise staff in all job related problems and statutory issues, in adherence with company policies.
Be involved directly with external customers within the sales process on a daily basis
Ensure all staff are trained and motivated to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Hold regular meetings with Sales Manager to review and plan sales activities and develop strategies to increase business.
Review monthly sales and profit performance to determine where improvements can be made.
Completion of profit sheet for every deal.
Ensure all sales enquiries are managed effectively
Maintain awareness of stock profile.
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a Business Manager/Supervisory role
Proven track record in sales within the automotive sector
Demonstrable experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Enthusiastic and dynamic individual
A clean/current driving licence
Willingness to work additional/unsocial hours as required.
