January 2007
Peter Vardy Ltd announces up to 60 new jobs in Kirkcaldy after buying land to build a new Vauxhall dealership. Peter Vardy says, Kirkcaldy has immense potential since it is the main motor retail centre of the area and is already a destination for customers. The company aimed to complete work on the site and open by the summer of 2007.

Innovative plans to allow talented general managers to become owners of their dealerships and to share in the success they create are unveiled. The unique opportunity to become a Peter Vardy Managing Partner will see general managers with a proven track record investing in their own dealership and enjoying the financial rewards of the business they build. 

March 2007
Peter Vardy Vauxhall secures the number one position after just seven months of operations. Vauxhall UK retail sales director Andy Dunston describes the Perth team's success as a "fantastic achievement".

Peter Vardy makes it's second acquisition of the Vauxhall Motherwell dealership. It is revealed that the company will build a flagship dealership at Airbles Road within the year. The acquisition marks the return to Motherwell for the Vardy family of which Lady Margaret Vardy call home. It also sees the launch of a new division of Peter Vardy Ltd, The brand 'Peter's Car Company' is launched to reflect the vibrancy and fun of the business.

July 2007
Peter Vardy acquires its first specialist dealership. The former Dunedin BMW site in Edinburgh is the first presence in the Scottish capital. Peter Vardy plans to develop the site further to include a dedicated MINI showroom which would make the site the largest BMW & MINI dealership in Scotland.

September 2007
The Kirkcaldy Vauxhall site is opened. It is a purpose built dealership that establishes the Peter Vardy name in Fife to run alongside the extremely successful dealership in Perth.
