The panel vans are available in a range of heights and load lengths offering you a wide range of choices to suit your needs. All Movano vans provide easy access to the load area with wide side doors of 1,270 on all of the L2, L3 and L4 versions. On H1 and H2 variants the rear doors are full height. H2 models cope easily with load heights of up to 1,820mm. Load lengths can be up to 4.38m, while suitably located lashing eyes and points mean there is sufficient space for secure and balanced cargo goods. In addition, there is a sturdy metal bulkhead to protect the cab occupants as standard.
All 2.3CDTI Movano engines feature the latest common-rail technology for excellent efficiency and performance. There are three power outputs for you to choose between; 100PS, 125PS or 150PS. All engines have a chain-driven camshaft to help reduce long-term maintenance and replacement costs. In addition, all engines feature dual mass flywheels for easier shifting and smoother operation. All engines come with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, offering improved fuel consumption and driving performance.
The Movano may not look too different from the previous model, but it’s a vast improvement on the road. One of the vans key strengths is refinement and it makes a great long distance van with the engine barely at 2,000rpm at 70mph. Both wind and road noise levels are low and it feels secure thanks to precise steering which weights up at speed. The Vauxhall Movano is easy to maneuver and tackles corners reassuringly and is surprisingly agile on twisting roads, even when loaded. For the first time, it is available with rear-wheel-drive variants that give added traction and increased towing ability.
