Astra GTC Arrives this Weekend at Peter Vardy
The Astra GTC: it’s here to be won.
The waiting will soon be over. The new Astra GTC will be arriving at Peter Vardy this weekend, accompanied by a loud screeching of tyres.
The GTC is a head-turning sports coupé and a driver’s dream come true. Or rather three dreams come true. Because, thanks to the ingenious FlexiRide electronic chassis control system, you can switch between Normal, Sport and Tour modes for different driving conditions.
There are a number of different engines available. They’re not exactly timid little things.
There are the following petrol engines:
1.4i VVT Turbo (120PS) Start/Stop manual 6-speed
1.4i VVT Turbo (140PS) Start/Stop manual 6-speed
1.6i 16v Turbo (180PS) manual 6-speed
And the following diesel engines:
1.7CDTi 16v (110PS) Start/Stop manual 6-speed
1.7CDTi 16v (130PS) Start/Stop manual 6-speed
2.0CDTi 16v (165PS) Start/Stop manual 6-speed
N.B. “Start/Stop” technology reduces emissions and improves economy, but without affecting performance.
The arrival of the cars will coincide not very coincidentally (i.e. we’d cunningly planned it all in advance) with our fantastic competition in which five people will each win an Astra GTC for three unforgettable months.
To enter, simply tell us what your ideal (UK) road journey would be. Your entry – along with all the others – will then be put to a vote by the general public.
All the information you’ll need to enter is here: http://www.petervardy.com/about-us/view/2461/Astra-GTC-Competition
But hurry: the competition closes on 9 December at 6pm.
Come along to Peter Vardy from this Friday (25th November) onwards, and take an inspirational look at your potential prize. It’s well worth the trip, we can assure you!
