The entries have started coming in. It seems our Astra GTC competition has really captured people’s imaginations. It’s bringing out the writer, as well as the driver, in them.
Because this is a genuinely creative contest. In other words, it isn’t one of those competitions that you get after US TV crime dramas. (“Where would you find Miami? A) Florida B) Monifieth C) Saturn.”)
In case you haven’t seen what all the fuss is about, you have the chance to win a fantastic Astra GTC for three months – and £200 of fuel – by telling us what your ultimate journey (in the UK) would be.
Here at Peter Vardy, we’ll have our own opinions and preferences. But it’s the public who’ll get to vote for their favourite entries. And will decide who the five (yes, five) winners are.
If you’re planning to get involved, you’ll need a wee bit of time to ponder what you’re going to write. But please, for your own sake, don’t take too long. The contest ends at 6pm (GMT) on December 9. You’ll be kicking yourself for at least three months if you miss the deadline.
