Peter Vardy Annual Ball 2011
“And the award for the best annual awards do goes to...”
Just like Christmas, the Peter Vardy Annual Awards Ball comes but once a year. And maybe that’s just as well. Because we couldn’t handle that amount of excitement every three months. Nor twice-yearly. In fact, even annually is pushing it a bit.
The Murrayfield venue and the pipe band that greeted guests’ arrival at the 2011 Ball swiftly set the tone for the evening. The impressive collection of Peter Vardy cars, the casino, and the dancing (or, in some cases, the “dancing”) all added to the wild party atmosphere.
Aside from just having a good time, though, there was the important business of acknowledging the great done work by Peter Vardy employees over the past year.

All the winners were gracious. And no one did a Gywnnie* by weeping a river while thanking every single member of their extended family, their friends and their pets.
We can’t wait till the next ball. Although we’ll need every day of our 52-week rest to get our breath back.
Our thanks go to our friends at the Extra Time Partnership. They were the magnificent organisers of the event; fixing things like an entire company of Bob the Builders. We’ll see them, and maybe you, next year!
